Doncaster Corn Exchange - Group Ginger
Restoring a landmark, and its place at the heart of the city.
Group Ginger have breathed new life into Doncaster’s Grade II listed Corn Exchange, removing later alterations to reveal its soaring Victorian interior and reimagining it as a flexible place to trade, gather and celebrate.
New trading units sit around a restored central space designed for markets, events and community life, while careful interventions reconnect the building with its heritage and secure a new purpose for its future.
A historic building once again doing what it was built to do: bringing people together.
