This project brings together a complex mix of conservation, refurbishment, extension, and new build in a part of the city that was neglected and at risk of being lost forever. 

The existing brick industrial buildings have been sensitively restored and refurbished to provide flats of varying sizes for rent along with comfortable communal spaces for residents. 

The new building is different in character but fits well into the overall scheme. One of the highlights is the luscious, planted courtyards between the buildings.
